So, I joined DeviantArt on a whim almost a full year ago. And since then, I haven't really done much of...anything. Although, I have developed some favorite artists while on this site.

However, I am currently attending the Art Institute of Vancouver, taking a program in Game Art and Design. After 18 full years of not drawing, and three months of nerve wracking classes, I've come to one conclusion: I can draw...pretty decently when not under any pressure. So I thank God that I only have one 2D drawing class in my entire program, and it's almost over. I learned a lot from that class, to be sure, and I feel as though, years from now, when I'm working on a game, I can talk to the art team, and we can effectively discuss the exacts of the artwork.

That said, I'll just be glad when I can take my time with drawing ANYTHING again, and not have to hand it in for (quantifiable) grades. So, sometime during the winter/Christmas break, I'll see about getting some images up onto this account for some (unquantifiable) grades. ...tiddy-boom.

Finally, my membership will be justified! Whoo!
